Are you having problems with your internet?

95% of problems can be quickly fixed.

Follow the simple steps in Option 1 first to get your internet running again.

 

Option 1: Modem Reboot

Step 1: Disconnect Power

Pull out the power cord from the back of the modem.

Step 2: Wait 2 minutes

After 2 minutes plug the power back in.

Step 3: Modem Reconnect

Give the modem 5 minutes to reconnect to the internet and you should be ready to go.

Is your internet still not work?

Please try the factory reset in Option 2.

Option 2: Modem Factory Reset

Step 1: Press the Reset button

Using a pin, press the Reset button and hold for 30 seconds

Step 2: Remove Power

While still pressing the Reset button, remove the power cord and wait 30 seconds

Step 3: Reconnect Power

While still pressing the Reset button, plug in the power cord and wait 30 seconds.

Step 4: Release Reset button

Release the reset button and the modem is now reset to factory default.  Give the modem 5 minutes to reconnect to the internet and you should be ready to go.
