Details

  • All packages INCLUDE free modem and WiFi router rental.
  • Equipment must be returned within 14 days after cancelation.
  • Equipment must be returned with all accessories including power cords, network and coaxial cable.
  • Any equipment not returned within the 14 day period will be charged to the credit card on file.
    • Modem: $150
    • WiFi Router: $160
    • Customer must return all equipment to All Telecom.  We do not provide pick up of equipment
  • Any equipment needed in addition to the modem and router is the responsibility of the customer
  • For DSL packages only: Extra Dry Loop charges may apply based on service address.  Please call to confirm.
  • All packages INCLUDE free installation within the Greater Toronto Area.
  • Drilling of walls or floors are not included with the free installation.
  • Activation and set-up fees are INCLUDED in all packages for new customers only.
    • If you have been an All Telecom customer in the last 6 months an activation fee will be charged.
      • Activation Fee: $89
  • Excluding all Unlimited packages and bandwidth overage will be charged at $0.50/GB/M upto a maximum of $50
  • Overage charges are post paid and will be charged separate to the monthly recurring charge.
  • Fees are automatically pre-paid on a monthly basis
  • Credit Card charges are automatically processed on the 1st day of the month
  • Pre-Authorized Deposits (PAD) are processed on the 3rd day of the month
  • All packages are on month to month basis with no contract.
  • Cancel anytime before your next billing date.
  • There are no refunds for unused days
